Can I change my plan?
Yes, for instance, if you chose a 12 month single connection plan and need an extra connection then you upgrade in the MultiView section to get an extra connection which allows you to use 2 devices at the same time (must be on the same IP address).
Do you have a money back guarantee?
We don't offer any money back guarantee, we provide the best service and you can test the service before buying. All sales are final and non-refundable.
What are the internet requirements?
We offer a non-buffer experience, however, you must have a non-buffering internet connection to experience our service. In order to stream our packages with no issues we recommend customers to have an upload speed of at least 12 Mbps!
Whilst we give our customers the option to try before they commit, we strongly advise that you have the required speeds before purchasing, you can check your speed online and ideally from your device. SPEED TEST WITH NPERF
I have Channel issues, what can I do?
Firstly, ensure you complete the necessary steps prior to reporting issues to us;
- Restart your device.
- Restart your Router / Modem to ensure all cache is cleared – this is advised to be done once a week.
- Check your internet speed for fluctuations, use our speed checker tool by clicking HERE and make sure 'jitter' is below 30ms

Why is my service buffering?
Whilst we offer a seemingly buffer free system by not overloading our servers, you may experience buffering if you have issues with your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
Firstly, please carry out a full speed test HERE.
If your jitter is above 30ms then you have problems with your internet connection, you must contact your ISP regardless of whether this is only happening during certain times of the day. You can try rebooting your router to bring the jitter down.
Can MC Hosting do anything if I have a high jitter?
No, this means that your ISP is having issues with the latency with one of their servers you are connected to, the only way to fix this is to report the issue directly with them; they will also help you with troubleshooting steps to help rectify this.
A few to mention are as follows:
- Restarting modem/router
- Restarting all devices
- Unplugging home phones and wireless printers near your computer (is it interference?)
- Disconnect all devices attached to your router (wired and wireless) to see if this helps.
Do I need to use VPN?
It's always good to be safe and we highly recommend a VPN with all plans; using a VPN provides high security, encryption, stops your ISP from seeing what you are doing, hackers, and more.
We can provide MCVPN+ SmartSwitch access for all our VFM customers (not available for Smart TV, MAG box or zgemma as they require a standalone VPN router).
My service is getting blocked, what can I do?
All major providers are getting blocked because of a court order in the UK, EUROPE and many other places in the world and the only way to get over it is using MCVPN+ SmartSwitch or any other VPN.
Once you have MCVPN+ SmartSwitch enabled on your device or you're connected via a VPN router, you will no longer be affected because the VPN provides a shield and protection to your device.
