What is the required Broadband speed?

The service is suited to users who are experiencing a broadband download speed of 10 Mbps or more. Standard definition can operate on a 6 Mbps connection but quality can be limited. To test your broadband speed go to

Will the quality degrade if there are a lot of devices on my home network?

Yes, connection speed decreases the more devices are downloading on your home network. However, the connection will not be affected by any downloads or other network activity on your connection as long as you have sufficient broadband speeds.

Will I need any specific equipment?

Will I need to reconfigure my modem/router?

No - Your modem/router configuration will not need to be updated in order to enable the service.

How do I activate the service?

Once we have registered your device and you have configured it, you can begin using the service.

Does this count to my monthly download limit?

Yes – the service uses your monthly download limits. We recommend an unlimited Broadband connection.

Will I experience any outages or loss of service?

The service is not intended as an alternative to mainstream providers. It is intended as a supplement to those services to access content that is freely available or otherwise not available on those platforms. The hosting service cannot be expected to supply the same standard as mainstream providers and is more susceptible to network degradation and downtime. Our suppliers have been chosen based on performance and reliability so that all action has been taken to limit any degradation in the quality of service.

Do you provide hardware/devices?

The sale and supply of so-called "fully loaded" devices are strictly prohibited, we DO NOT operate this service. We do however sell various TV boxes which in theory will turn your TV into a Smart TV. Our aim is to supply content that is freely available online, backed up by a high standard of support. If any accessible content is found to be in breach of copyright or infringement, access to said content will be subject to removal without notice.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is available under each service.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes - we offer a free 24-hour trial of our VFM plans and a free 48-hour trial of our Premium plans. Just email [email protected] stating which device you will be using and which plan you would like to try. We will send your trial line by reply.

Do you offer short-term subscriptions?

Yes - we offer Weekend, 1, 3, 6 and 12-month subscriptions.

What do I do if I am having problems?

If you are experiencing any problems at all with your service and you have tried the usual troubleshooting, please email [email protected] clearly stating what device you are using and what the issue is. We respond to emails in turn so please be patient.

If you are planning on using our service in the UK then a VPN may be required at certain times. If you are unsure then please ask before purchasing as there are no refunds on active lines.
